Real estate runs in the family for Katie “Fred” Frederick. For four generations, dating back to 1904, Katie’s family has been serving the needs of real estate investors and business owners, helping them buy, sell, lease, and manage apartment buildings and commercial real estate.
Residing in Charleston for more than 14 years, Katie understands the local market and works hard to ensure her clients meet their goals. Businesses appreciate her ability to simplify complex real estate transactions, so they can stay focused on building and managing their business.
