Bio
I'm a Cuba native, and moved to Syracuse, NY in 2000 and obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Science from Upstate Medical University. I moved to North Carolina in 2007, and have called Fuquay Varina home since 2017. I have a passion for helping people, which I have accomplished during my 20 years of work in pharmaceutical research. My thirst for knowledge led me to obtain her Master’s degree in Business Administration allowing me to hold several managerial roles in the Pharmaceutical industry. After learning about Commercial real estate from my husband, I developed an interest in the field and realized that I possess strong analytical and research skills, along with a business acumen, which are essential ingredients for a successful career in Commercial real estate. As a result, I seized the opportunity to start working in Commercial real estate with Century 21.
Being part of the C21 Commercial Team allows me to utilize all the tools and resources of a global commercial real estate organization with over 640 commercial investment offices across the US. I am part of a successful cohesive local team with experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, and consulting services across all market segments, which includes retail, industrial, office, investments, land, mixed-use development, and multifamily.
My goal as a broker is to continue with my passion of serving my clients with integrity and transparency, while acting in their best interest. As a commercial broker I am constantly learning, analyzing the market, property data, and industry trends to expand my knowledge and expertise on commercial real estate. I care about my client’s needs, business, and goals, which allows me to cultivate long lasting relationships and referrals. Whether buying, selling, or leasing, I can confidently guide you throughout the process.
In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors with my husband and our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, or coaching CrossFit at a local gym.
