Kathy is a Maryville resident and familiar with surrounding communities including Blount, Sevier, Knox, and Loudon. She has experience in all facets of real estate including residential resale, new construction, land and commercial. She possesses negotiating skills to achieve optimum transactions. Kathy’s experiences and education aid in eliminating unforeseen problems and take you through each step of the real estate transaction.
Kathy’s awards include Number One Sales Associate by State Tennessee 2015 and 2009. She received the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier Award in 2015 and International Presidents Elite in 2017. She was Coldwell Banker Nelson Realtors top producer for 2017.
Kathy’s education has been through the Professional School of Real Estate in Knoxville, TN, and the Blount and Knox County Association of Realtors. She is a member of the TN Association of Realtors, Knoxville Area Multiple Listing Service both residential and commercial, and the National Association of Realtors. She received her GRI designation in 2006 and her Broker designation in 2009.
