Kathy began her real estate career with Academy Sports + Outdoors where she became the Director of Development and led the real estate department in the selection, negotiation and development of 52 store locations. From there, Kathy served as Director of Real Estate for a Houston retail developer, where she honed her skills as a landlord representative overseeing the leasing of a portfolio of properties throughout Texas and Louisiana. In Kathy’s time as a landlord representative, some of the national retailers she worked with include Trader Joe’s, Marshalls, Ross, Staples, Shoe Carnival, Pearle Vision, Dollar Tree and Party City, to name a few. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Kathy graduated from the University of Central Missouri, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter, and watching her kids’ many sporting events. Some of Kathy’s current clients include L & B Realty Advisors, Kimco, Unilev, Lincoln Property Company, Rudisill Properties, EZ Floors, and Dandy Liquors. With over 24 years of commercial real estate experience, Kathy has extensive knowledge in both tenant and landlord representation. Prior to joining Edge, Kathy served as Vice President of retail leasing with Oldham Goodwin Group where she helped open and grow their Houston office.
