Concluding a 30 years career in owning and operating restaurants Kathy decided to take up Real Estate. In 2002 upon passing the Real Estate exam she took a sales position with Century 21 in San Clemente, California.
Kathy was working in sales when an opportunity came along to do sales for new homes. She had a successful career and a pleasurable experience working with Brookfield Homes in San Clemente and the St. Regis Monarch Beach and Resort in Dana Point selling their gorgeous and expensive Condo’s alongside the Resort and golf course.
In 2005, Kathy and her husband decided to leave California and move to Hawaii where they ended up in Hilo. Keeping her Real Estate license active yet not wanting to do sales again she began working at Day-Lum Rentals and Management in Hilo. She first worked in residential properties for two years and then moved into commercial properties where she has worked for the last thirteen years.
In January of 2023, she will be transitioning to Hatada Realty where she will continue to do Commercial property management and leasing and also real estate sales.
