Kathleen Silver serves as Executive Vice President with NAI Capital in West Los Angeles. She specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office/retail properties for institutional, corporate and individual clients throughout the Greater Los Angeles marketplace.
Kathleen is recognized as one of the premier real estate advisers to property owners, investors and owner-users. As of 2019, she has completed more than $650M in transactions. Based on her many years of experience, her impressive transaction volume and superb customer service is counted on consistently. She has developed an impressive list of successful transactions and earned the satisfaction of her many clients.
Kathleen Silver brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to NAI Capital. Prior to joining, Kathleen established Silver Commercial and served as Principal at the brokerage beginning in 2012. As a business owner herself, Kathleen understands the challenges that entrepreneurs face and brings the skills and knowledge required to navigate the complexities of commercial real estate transactions.
Kathleen began her career in 1990 with Lambert, Smith, Hampton in Beverly Hills. She has held positions at Grubb & Ellis and Colliers International in West Los Angeles where she earned the designation as a Top California and National Producer.
Active in the local community, Kathleen has served as a Board Member of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, a member of Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of The Friendly House, member of Beverly Hills Economic Development Council and Beverly Hills Rotary.
