Kathy was born in Florida , and has lived all over the world.
Experienced in many fields including Accounting, Tax, Finance, Commercial Banking, Securities and Real Estate. In 1993, she earned her Certified Financial Planning designation and started her own Financial Planning and Real Estate firm in Fort Collins Colorado . In 1997, she returned to Florida , received her Florida Real Estate Broker license, and entered into the Commercial Real Estate market. She was intrigued by the field of Business Brokerage and started her own firm in 2000. Her varied background and abilities coupled with her own small business background gives her a unique ability to see the overall picture of a transaction. Kathy has completed the prestigious Certified Business Intermediary designation and is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association. She is also an active mother and loving grandmother.
