Bio
Kathleen Leonard specializes in helping people sell and buy exceptional properties in the Northern California Wine Country. This is where she lives, works, entertains friends and enjoys the good life with her husband, Bob. A graduate of University of California at Davis, Kathy grew up in Northern California where she learned to ride horses and ski at an early age. A past president of the San Francisco Professional Food Society and board member of other leading food and wine organizations, she worked and socialized with such food luminaries as Julia Child, Robert Mondavi and leading chefs and winemakers from around the world. She bought, fixed, and sold homes and buildings for over 20 years prior to becoming a realtor®. A top producing agent for 16 years, she brings added value in today’s market as a Country Property Expert. Incredibly involved in her community, Kathy is on the Executive Board of the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art and chair of the 10th Anniversary Grant Committee for Impact 100. She is a sustainer of Junior League Napa Sonoma and past chair of Slow Food Sonoma. Kathy and Bob support the Homeless Prenatal Program and the George Mark Children's House, hospice for children in the San Francisco Bay area. Sonoma and Napa’s Wine Country, according to Kathy, is as close to perfect as a place can be. Her passion for this place shows in her enthusiastic marketing of her client’s homes, and when it comes to finding a piece of this paradise for her buyers. Come to the Wine Country and enjoy the good life. Kathy is here to help you make your move.
