Katherine is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the Aberdeen Commercial property market. She studied Economics/Geography (M.A.) and Land Economy (BLE) at Aberdeen University. Latterly, Katherine was a Partner with a global property consultancy , based in Aberdeen, prior to joining Graham + Sibbald in February 2018, as Head of Agency (Aberdeen). Katherine has worked in the commercial property market in the North East of Scotland throughout her career, with a particular focus on the office and industrial sectors, providing advice to a range of clients, including private individuals, property companies, public sector bodies and Funds. Katherine is an enthusiastic and experienced agent, with an extensive track record in commercial, lettings, sales and acquisitions representing both landlords and occupiers alike.
