Katherine Lynch is a First Vice President of CBRE specializing in the marketing and leasing of office buildings for institutional owners. Ms. Lynch is currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of over 3.5 million square feet of office buildings in the Metro Atlanta area. Ms. Lynch’s primary focus is to assist office building owners in maximizing asset value by advising on tenant attraction and retention strategy from acquisition to disposition.
Ms. Lynch was born and raised in Atlanta. Ms. Lynch began her real estate career at Pope and Land Enterprises, a private real estate firm that provides development, asset management and leasing services in the Atlanta area. In this position, she engaged in financial analysis, due diligence activities, investor relations and asset management duties for a portfolio of commercial land ventures.
Since joining CBRE, she was the 2009 recipient of the William H. McAdam Memorial Award. This is presented annually to the nation’s highest producing first-year sales person throughout the Company.
