Katherine “Katie” Datin specializes in landlord and tenant representation for a variety of institutional and local clients. With a decade of experience, Katie’s in-depth market knowledge and innovative advisory creates customized solutions to align with each clients’ goals. She specializes in planning and implementing real estate strategies, financial modeling, lease restructures, and negotiations. Since 2012, Katie has represented her clients in over six million square feet of leasing transactions. Before Scheer Partners, Katie started her career in real estate with a decade at Cushman & Wakefield, serving as a Director in the Maryland Office. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Virginia.
Katie graduated from Franklin and Marshall College Magna Cum Laude with Honors and holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Geosciences and Public Policy.
