I specialize in Tenant Representation and Owner/Occupier sales. I work with a variety of client-types including both mid-sized firms and non-profit organizations and have worked with many state and federal government lease opportunities. I have 14+ years of experience in the commercial and high-end residential real estate field and have the company's best interest at heart. I believe my calling is to assist my clients as an expert leasing and tenant rep broker and believe in providing a satisfying experience for my clients by being a reliable resource for them to achieve their goals and needs. I have extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market and have found that it is not about the fee, but about the tenant relationship and the relationship with Landlords.
