Bio
As a Vice President at FD Stonewater, Katherine works with multiple teams across the firm and is primarily responsible for identifying, vetting, and pursuing federal, state, and local government deals across the country for our development platform. She plays an instrumental role in research, site acquisition, and proposal production process for these pursuits. Additionally, she guides our landlord clients through federal and state government real estate processes, policies, and evaluation methodologies. With her background in research, Katherine helps advise our research team in the formation of strategy, development of internal tracking systems, and identification of new data sources. Katherine studied and lived in China for six months and can order bubble tea in Chinese.
