Kate joined P-THREE in 2021 as a Director. She previously worked as a Partner in the Leisure & Restaurants team at CWM and prior to that spent almost 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield working alongside Thomas, Hannah and Justin.
Kate has provided strategic advice on the F&B and leisure elements on some of London’s best known mixed-use assets such as Battersea Power Station, Borough Yards, Waterloo.London and Leake Street Arches as well as The Shaftesbury Estate and The Howard de Walden Estate.
Kate is a member of the RICS and the Leisure Property Forum.
