Karina Lopez acquired her Bachelor of Commerce (International Business Specialty) from Universidad Del Valle de Mexico, Campus Juriquilla in Querétaro, Mexico. She began her career in logistics management with Clarion Car Audio and supply chain management with IBM in Mexico. She moved to Edmonton in 2005 and has since worked with First Capital Realty, DTZ, and Oberfeld Snowcap before joining Cushman Wakefield.
She has worked as both a Landlord and Tenant representative for the past seven years.
