Bio
Karen Mathis is an integral part of the Shai Commercial Real Estate Team as the Office Manager and an Agent since 2004. Karen manages the day to day operations of all agents in the brokerage as well as maintaining all appropriate listing and closing documents. She also assists Park Shai with property management for over 100 Commercial, Retail, and Residential units. Karen previously held positions with Paramount Financial Group/CAPMARK a sub-division of GMAC as a Research Associate and the Newark City Schools as a Library Media Aide.
Karen attained her GED and attended Ohio Dominican College for Library Science as well as The Hondros College of Business for her Real Estate license.
Karen is blessed with a large family in the Newark area, and is truly the “mom” of the Shai Commercial Real Estate Team.
