Karen Grotte is a lifelong Sonoma County Resident, and she is a full-time Realtor. Karen brings over 30 years of business experience with her into the Real Estate industry. Her experience includes Banking and Finance Management, Human Resources, Corporate Training, and Lending. Karen is committed to assisting her clients with trust and integrity. She provides the personalized service that is necessary for the complex process of buying or selling property.
Karen is an active member of the North Bay Association of Realtors and The LIME Foundation, serving on both Boards. Performing in local musical theater productions over her life, Karen hopes to get on stage soon! Karen enjoys the Northern California Coast, travel, time with friends and family, and of course her three dogs.
Karen has expanded her team to include an experienced full-time Real Estate assistant/team leader. Karen has consistently been a Top Producer since entering the world of Real Estate in 2003.
