I am perfectly suited for the real-estate business. My job is not a job, but a passionate career I purposely chose as it is a challenging entrepreneurial undertaking that brings together my strong business, marketing, design & entrepreneurial skill sets.
I hold an undergraduate degree from John Carroll University, completed studies toward a Master's degree at New York University and am an accredited stager, with certification from the Haverhill Institute of Staging & Design. I have personally fixed and flipped with hard money, have sold many REO's, ran ARV's and completed BPO's, so I know what investors are up against. I take professional continuing education courses in order to stay current on the constantly changing requirements of the real estate business all for the benefit of my clients.
