A proven real estate and sales professional with over twenty years of real estate, sales, business development and marketing experience. Ms. Bunch is a currently President and CEO of KLB Builders, Inc., a construction company that provides a wide range of real estate advisory services such as project management, general contract and leasing and sales brokerage.
Previously, she was a Real Estate Advisor for Associated Brokerage Group LLC [ABG], advising businesses at all stages of development for office expansion, leasing needs, special and creative use. Ms. Bunch engages media companies, franchises, municipalities, large and small corporations and nonprofits. She has expertise in effective usage of restaurant and hospitality space.
Prior to her real estate career, Ms. Bunch worked in the office supply, telecommunications and food and beverage industries for international brands such as Staples, Kraft Foods, Sarah Lee and Hillshire Farms where her responsibilities included oversite of quality care, logistics, product development, manufacturing and sales
She currently serves on the Board of Greater Grove Hall Main Streets, an organization that focuses on empowering existing and new businesses to thrive in the competitive Boston business community. There’s been overlap with all her career trajectories which have created a unique skill of being a top tier relationship manager with actual experience in the development, sale and operations of commercial real estate and specifically food manufacturing. Ms. Bunch has exceptional ability in developing relationships and recruiting individuals for a common initiative.
Ms. Bunch attended Mt. Ida College in Newton, MA. She is also an avid golfer and is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board of Urban Edge, Business Marketing Association and Leadership Golf Club.
