Karen Cheema has lived in Indianapolis, IN since 2006 and has a unique background. He grew up in a family-owned trucking business working part-time all the way through college. He received Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and an MBA with a focus on Finance, both from Indiana University. Currently Karen owns and operates a used semi-truck dealership in Indianapolis as well as the commercial real estate brokerage.
Karen decided to get his Real Estate license because he loves meeting new people, working on deals, and having a flexible work schedule. His experience in the transportation industry has given him a great deal of knowledge on commercial and industrial properties. Karen is able to see the viewpoints of buyers and sellers rather than just of an agent. No one can fully understand the real estate industry until they've owned properties themselves. Karen owns investment real estate himself and in assisting clients, he always has the mindset of, “What would he like to know when purchasing or selling real estate,” to provide the best possible service.
