Bio
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Kara received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. Kara began her real estate career with a Texas-based corporate real estate company as a proposal writer. In this role she had much success in securing new clients through the research and writing of both customized and general proposal responses. Furthermore, she created new presentation materials to be used in client presentations and conducted fact-checking of all materials used in client presentations.
Kara was promoted into the transaction manager role where she focuses on exclusive tenant advocacy representing clients where her duties have included strategic planning, portfolio audits, financial analysis, site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, buyouts, and dispositions.
Kara is very active in the Stonebriar Community Church, the Texas Tech Alumni Association, and the Pi Beta Phi Alumni Association.
