Bio
Kandi will always be honest and work hard to sell your home or help you find the perfect home. She has been involved in the community with several organizations such as Soroptimists, Grant County EDC, Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce and several fund raising events. Kandi has lived in Grant County her whole life and has a strong desire to keep our community thriving and an enjoyable place to live. Kandi worked at the local Ford Dealer for almost 19 years, twelve of those years she was involved in sales negotiations and finance. During that time she learned the art of negotiations and has a background in lending, which will help guide you thru the loan process if needed. She understands what the underwriters are looking for and will be able to assist with the process of getting your loan approved faster. During her time at the dealership she was also involved with marketing and advertising and knows what it takes to get the advertisements to stand out and get the public’s attention. With her marketing experience she will be able to use all available techniques to ensure that your home will move fast with the best possible price. Kandi met her husband, Bob - 20 years ago and has been married for 15 years. What an adventure! They have one son together – Hunter age 14. He keeps them going with activities that include hunting, camping, football, basketball and all the other things 14 year olds do. She is also the leader for his 4-H Swine group and enjoys being able to give back to the kids in the community. She grew up on a farm in Royal City and has always enjoyed the small town atmosphere. Kandi moved to Moses Lake shortly after graduation and has loved it here ever since. She enjoys hunting and golfing when she has the time, and believes that you get back what you put in to a community and she is committed to buying locally in order to help build our community.
