With 15 years of commercial real estate specialization in the Coastal Bend, Kamran Zarghouni is well experienced in the analysis, development and implementation of short and long-range strategic plans for portfolio real estate.
Since 2004, Kamran has been a leading agent representing large users of office and industrial space in a wide array of real estate transactions. He is a well-regarded Real Estate Broker and an industry innovator with a long record of successfully guiding clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset reposition and dispositions.
Kamran specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to broker commercial office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients. Outside of real estate, Kamran takes pride in giving back to the community and serves on the Planning Commission Board for the city of Corpus Christi. He earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Texas A&M and has been honored in the Corpus Christi Under 40.
Throughout his real estate career, Kamran has trained and mentored over a dozen Licensed Real Estate Agents. He has a great appreciation for the work it takes to be successful in the commercial industry and understands the challenges that come along with it.
