PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Kamran Malhance joined Paine Wetzel's Industrial Brokerage team in March 2018. Prior to joining Paine Wetzel, Kamran worked as a Multi-Family Advertising Consultant at CoStar Group.
Kamran's previous positions as a Director of Marketing has provided him an extensive background in the multi-family industry. Furthermore, his time at the Oak Park Residence Corporation allowed him the opportunity to work closely with the Oak Park Housing Authority and HUD programs, including the Housing Choice Voucher, Section 202 and Section 811 programs.
As an Eagle Scout, Kamran gives back to the community by volunteering for the Boy Scouts of America.
