Kaitlyn Rausse has over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, primarily focused on the leasing and asset management of office buildings. She utilizes her comprehensive market knowledge and expertise to navigate, structure, and negotiate leasing transactions throughout a diverse portfolio. She is on the Board of Directors for CREBA and is an active member of various industry organizations, including Northern Virginia NAIOP and CREW DC, and a 2013 graduate of the young professionals' program, Leadership Arlington. Mrs. Rausse graduated with a B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She earned her M.S. in Real Estate Development and Infrastructure from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University.
