• Work closely with the Managing Director to understand complex lease terms and prepare various analysis of lease transactions.
• Evaluate proposed lease terms, abstract and interpret lease clauses.
• Prepare Annual and Mid-Year budgets spanning several LLC's and Parent Company.
• Compare lease transactions to budget assumptions. Personally visit property sites in order to meet with on-site Property Managers and review work progress.
• Prepare mark-to-market analyses and net effective analysis.
• Prepare cash flow projections.
• Review construction contracts for tenant build-outs.
• Make well-informed suggestions regarding improvements to the internal process.
• Serve as the secretary for the Executive Committee. Attend four annual committee meetings, take meeting minutes, and keep all minutes and meeting records. Serve as the point-of-contact for committee members regarding questions.
• Data/ Filing: All leasing and contract related tasks come with a great deal of data input, data review, paper and electronic file management. I handle all necessary documents, paperwork and data tracking and filing involved in the leasing process.
• Verify appropriate completion of contracts and assignments with the Director.
• Complete late notice assignments per the situation.
• Review documents, create reports, and make suggestions as to the best course of action.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
