Justino L. Fa’aola specializes in the disposition and acquisition of all multifamily assets throughout Los Angeles County with a direct focus in the San Gabriel Valley and Southeast Los Angeles markets. Justino’s intimate market knowledge, passion for helping others, unique problem solving skills, and unmatched work ethic allow his clientele to benefit throughout every phase in an investment real estate transaction. Prior to joining Eric Chen and Team at CBRE, Justino spent the first 5 years of his career at Marcus & Millichap's Greater Los Angeles Office, where he was involved in just under $100,000,000 worth of multifamily sales. During his first year at Marcus & Millichap, he received the First-Year Highest Achiever Award (Rookie of The Year) for the Los Angeles office. Among nearly fifty agents, Justino was bestowed the award because of his total sales, earnings, and clients served.
Justino developed his work ethic and discipline through years as a successful student-athlete. He concluded his athletic career playing for one of the nation’s most prestigious athletic programs and received an education from The University of Oklahoma. The competitive and tenacious mentality Justino gained from this experience has helped him become one of the top agents in his market, within a short period of time.
Justino currently resides in the beautiful city of Glendora, CA where he and his wife, Krisiana Fa’aola, are currently raising their two children.
