Mr. Zahn is an authority in the field of Net Leases/sale-leaseback financing and represents some of the largest institutions/franchise operators in the US. With over 1 billion in investment property sold (400+ sale-leasebacks), Mr. Zahn has an established reputation for maximizing value for clients, while cultivating long-term relationships built on integrity, trust, and service. Justin grew up in Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing. Justin and his wife Rachael reside in Scottsdale, AZ, and enjoy spending time with friends and their two children Blake and Brea.
