Bio
Over the past 19 years in Commercial Real Estate, Justin Reilly has represented clients from individuals, to small start-ups, to large publicly-owned companies. He has built and owned commercial properties for his own account, and he uses that personal expertise to benefit his clients. Justin's unique, in-depth, personal experience with every aspect of commercial real estate, provides a level of service to sellers/landlords and buyers/tenants far exceeding that of a typical broker.
Justin has global expertise in the data center field. In addition to more than twelve million square feet of sale and lease transactions amounting to well over two billion dollars, he has personally developed over 300,000 square feet of data center facilities, and has had ownership interests in more than 700,000 square feet. Justin has worked in the Mission Critical field for well over a decade. His expertise in data centers is global, taking him to numerous locales in the United States, Europe, and Australia. As a Team Leader of his past firm in Mission Critical, he utilized his skills in financing, build-to-suits, and data center leasing to pair users' needs-both current and projected-with the real estate most capable of meeting those needs. Justin's professional relationships include 365 Main, Cincinnati Bell, Coresite, Digital Realty, DuPont Fabros, Equinix, Latysis, Layer 42, Savvis, and Vantage Data Center, among others.
As a father of four boys (Jack 13, Willy 11, Tom 9, and Ben 7), Justin spends most of his free time coaching football, basketball and baseball. He and his beautiful wife, Kerry, have been married for 15 years. Kerry taught third grade for several years before they had their first child. Now, she spends most of her time commuting the boys, or she is at the grocery store. The family enjoys camping in their RV in the fall, and they spend much of their summers at Lake Tahoe.
