Justin Johnson is a managing director in Savills Seattle office specializing in tenant representation in the corporate, technology and manufacturing sectors in the greater Puget Sound region. Justin began his commercial real estate career in 2005 and has developed a broad base of clients, ranging from large international corporations to newly funded start-ups.
Justin understands that as an expense item, the office lease is a critical accounting detail to a company’s balance sheet and profitability. He knows the impact that the monetary structure of a lease commitment can have on a company’s success. He strives to provide the most advantageous advisory services with an unbiased and unclouded viewpoint.
Justin and his team joined Savills in 2020 after five years with Washington Partners, where he was a principal. He encompasses a unique background, having begun his commercial real estate career largely specializing in landlord representation, focusing on both private and institutional landlords within the greater Seattle market. Justin has a highly unique and specialized understanding of how building owners view prospective deals, and he has taken this knowledge and strategically applied it to tenant representation.
Justin and his wife serve on the board of Evergreen Hospital’s NICU Parent Advisory Board. Additionally, Justin coaches and serves as a board member of Eastlake youth football association and Eastlake youth lacrosse association.
