Bio
Justin Hucek is a Vice President in CBRE’s Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services group. He focuses exclusively on tenant representation in downtown Chicago as well as multi-market accounts and has helped establish one of the highest performing teams in the firm.
Since joining CBRE in 2017, Justin has handled nearly $200 million in transactions totaling more than 1.2 million SQFT. He delivers value to his clients by balancing a quantitative and qualitative approach in understanding their needs. Justin has worked with hundreds of clients, ranging from multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies and early-stage start-ups in a variety of industries including tech, legal, private equity, financial services, education, healthcare and medical. He has shown his versatility and ability to adapt to his client’s needs having represented office, industrial, and medical users across North America.
Prior to transitioning to tenant representation, Justin was as a Transaction Manager with the firm. Prior to joining CBRE, Justin was an Associate with the Multi-Family Investment Sales group at Lee & Associates. Before transitioning his career to real estate, Justin worked in Institutional Equity Sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
