Justin Holofchak is a native Charlottean and has over 20 years of land brokerage experience in the Charlotte region. Justin has a comprehensive knowledge of all facets of land brokerage, including site selection/acquisition, disposition, land assemblage and entitlement acquisition consultation. Using these multi-disciplinary skills across all major land product lines coupled with Justin’s work ethic and ability to develop strong relationships, allows Justin to provide his clients with across-the-board services in meeting all facets of their real estate needs. Justin has built a large portfolio of clients through representing landowners, builders, developers and investors with listings and transactions that vary in size and type.
Justin is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he earned a degree in Biology. He is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina and has been a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS Multi-Million Dollar Club since 2004. Justin is reliably one of the top land producer award recipients given each year.
