Bio
Founding Principal Justin Good leads the company’s efforts in the acquisition and development of multifamily assets throughout the Carolinas. In his 13 year real estate career, Justin has represented over $10 billion in transactions with a specific focus on multifamily sales, land sales, and joint venture equity placement transactions. Previous positions include Managing Director in HFF’s (now JLL) Carolinas office, Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, and Senior Vice President and Principal at Cassidy Turley. Justin grew up in Greenville, N.C. and graduated from Arendell Parrott Academy in Kinston. He attended UNC Chapel Hill, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Upon graduating, Justin moved to Raleigh where he began his career and laid down roots with his wife, Jillian, and their three children. Justin stays very active in the community where he serves on several boards including First Tee of the Triangle, Dogwood State Bank Triangle Advisory Board, and ULI of the Triangle program committee. He is a past president of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR), past Board member of the Triangle American Heart Association Heart Ball, past Chairman of the Boys and Girls Club Breakfast of Champions, and past Co-Chair of ULI of the Triangle Young Leaders Group.
