Justin is the head of Property Management at WorkShop Development. Because he is so talented, he also plays roles in Construction Management and Office Leasing.
Justin began his career in commercial real estate in 2005 with Hearn Burkley, then named KLNB Management, in the fast-paced downtown Washington DC market. During the economic downturn, in his role expanded to Property and Construction Management, Lease Administration and even Accounting tasks. He briefly moved on to assist management and leasing of the William Tan and Associates real estate portfolio before joining Chesapeake Real Estate Group at the beginning of 2012.
Prior to his work in commercial real estate, Justin spent several years in the mortgage lending business Justin is currently working toward becoming a Certified Property Manager through the IREM program. He also can't live without his guitar and has been playing in bands since the age of 12..
