As a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Raleigh office, Justin Booth focuses on assisting industrial users locate and transact on space within the Raleigh-Durham market. He helps landlords and owners in the marketing and disposition of their industrial properties with a focus on positioning clients for the highest possible return on their assets. In addition, he works with landowners and developers on acquisitions, assemblages, and dispositions. Justin leverages market knowledge and economic trends to help his clients achieve their real estate objectives. Prior to joining JLL in 2023, Justin served as a Principal with Avison Young. With over ten years of experience in commercial real estate, he has devoted his entire career to the industrial sector having completed transactions throughout the United States. He has been recognized as a Costar Power Broker and for the Triangle Business Journal Land and Flex Deals of the Year. Justin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he studied Business Administration with a focus on finance. He currently is active with his alma mater, as he sits on the Board of Visitors for the University. In the community, Justin serves on the properties committee at The Carying Place, a non-profit organization that teaches homeless, working families with children life skills for attaining independent living while providing short-term housing. He previously served as the Board Chair for the organization. Justin is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
