Bio
I am a versatile senior leader at Veritas, having worn many hats in my 9-year tenure, which include Capital Markets, Portfolio Management and Asset Management related roles.
In my current SVP role, I split my time between capital raising initiatives and portfolio management oversight of one of Veritas' largest multifamily portfolios.
On the Capital Markets side, I work in close collaboration with the executive team to establish the firm’s strategic capital mandates and direct all the capital formation efforts thereof. Since joining Veritas in 2014, I have successfully directed efforts to close on over $3B of equity and debt transactions.
On the Portfolio Management side, I'm tasked with overseeing portfolio management for one of Veritas' largest institutional portfolios comprised of ~ 2,500 apartment units. In this portfolio management role I'm intimately involved in the creation and execution of the business plan for the portfolio, always with a keen eye on creating value and maximizing returns for our Investors.
