Junius Tillery joined Newmark’s McLean, Virginia office in 2014 where he represents tenants throughout the Washington metropolitan area. Mr. Tillery has played an integral role in thousands of transactions, including some of the region’s largest and most complex ones with aggregate lease values well into the billions of dollars.
During his 32 year tenure, Junius has developed a well-deserved reputation for excellence in his tenant representation. From national portfolio accounts to one-off transactions, Mr. Tillery helps his clients find smart, creative real estate solutions that not only save money but will also contribute to their competitive advantage.
Junius began his career at CBRE in 1989, formerly Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he gained critical landlord and investment sales experience. He spent nine years at the Trammell Crow Company, gaining expertise in development. In 2005 he joined Equis, now a part of Cushman and Wakefield, expanding his national account practice. Throughout his career, he has been a perennial top producer.
