Julieanne Kucera joined Commercial Properties Inc. in July of 2009 after using CPI’s services in buying and selling land parcels for over 5 years. After joining CPI as the Brokerage Services Manager, she has grown and now manages an exemplary team of ten (10) licensed sales and leasing specialists.
Julieanne has a passion for all aspects of the real estate industry and brings an extensive background to CPI which includes land surveying and civil engineering, land development, on-site and off-site utility management, overall construction project management for both residential and commercial endeavors, as well as having insight from personal investments in commercial real estate.
Having been on both sides of commercial transactions, as Buyer/Seller and as Lessor/Lessee, she possesses a proficient understanding of what it takes and what the ultimate goals are in producing successful transactions and inspiring growth for continued business achievements.
Although Julieanne was born and raised in Hawaii, she has resided in the valley since 1992 with her husband, children, and…pets from time to time. She can be found volunteering with Rose Societies as a rosarian, using her skills in professional porcelain and china restoration, tailoring her wardrobe, heritage photo preservation, and tackling creative problem-solving opportunities.
