Julie Marcus has been in the Real Estate business since 1987. First licensed in Kansas and Missouri, she is now a Broker Associate in Illinois and holds her license in Arizona as well.
With a degree in design through the College of Architecture from ASU, Julie has designed hotels, offices, and retail spaces and purchased and remodeled many homes. She is also an investor of residential and commercial properties.
Julie is a people person, and enjoys helping others find their dream property. She will find and negotiate the best deal for her clients, as if they were her own purchases.
Julie joined @properties in 2010 for many reasons. One important reason was to better service her clients in their sales efforts. Through their advanced technology this is the company to list your property with if you want the best exposure and results.
Julie lives in Highland Park and has a part-time place in the city. She enjoys helping her clients from Lake Shore to the North Shore. She is also active in the Arizona market.
Besides Julie’s passion in real estate she enjoys biking, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
