Julie’s expertise is in company operation. Her experience includes cross cultural training; developed company image through professional training, grooming and company uniform; handled labor procurement process for commercial and government entities; and negotiated contract with government labor suppliers.
Prior to joining Capstone Julie was with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) for 12 years which later became Hewlett Packard (HP). She reconciled over $6,000,000 payable issues with EDS approved labor suppliers. She was in charge with the conversion of labor expenses from time and material to hourly rates. She succeeded the transition of Labor Procurement System from EDS to HP payment systems for the US Government Account to ensure the process met US Government Compliance requirements.
Throughout her career, Julie values highly the importance of Marketing and Customer Service especially in the service industry.
In her spare time, she enjoys her time with her family. She also enjoys church, traveling, cooking, biking, hiking, and reading.
