Julie works on behalf of sellers, buyers, and tenants to help them achieve their real estate investment and ownership objectives. She provides financial analysis, due diligence, and keen negotiation skills.
She earned an MBA degree in Finance and Operations Management from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Business and chemical engineering and chemistry degrees from the University of Washington. A firm believer in continuing education, Julie has Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Kitsap County Association of Realtors (KCAR), Commercial Broker’s Association (CBA), Kitsap Commercial Investment Brokers (KCIB), and Northwest MLS (NWMLS).
As someone who grew up in a well-known Kitsap real estate family, Julie earned her broker’s and managing broker’s license at an early age. Julie also worked in project engineering, Finance Supervisor for the ARCO Cherry Point Refinery, Finance Consultant and Camp Services Manager for ARCO Alaska, and general manager of a local athletic facility before returning full-time to real estate with Windermere Real Estate/West Sound, Inc. in 2014.
Julie feels fortunate to be able to work in and enjoy Kitsap and Jefferson counties. She enjoys lending her finance and analysis skills to several non-profit organizations serving youth. Volunteering and contributing to the community is an ethic she feels strongly about.
