Ms. Gralla joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2010 and specializes in the sale of investment properties throughout northern New Jersey. After her first year with Kislak, Ms. Gralla received the company’s prestigious Rookie of the Year award, which recognizes a newer salesperson who records the greatest achievements during the year. In the fall of 2020, she was featured as a “40 Under 40” real estate professional by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal as well as their “Executive Women in Business” since 2018 . In 2020 and 2021, Ms. Gralla also received the company’s silver achievement award, previously earning the bronze achievement award in 2016 and 2017.
Among her notable accomplishments are: the sale of The Gateway in South Orange, NJ, attaining a record price per unit of $532,000 for an apartment building in Essex County; a record price per unit of $250,000 for properties of the same age in Plainfield, NJ, and over 130 units in Somerset County for $35,000,000. She also sold several development sites in Orange, Plainfield and North Plainfield for to-be-built multifamily.
Ms. Gralla holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Delaware.
She is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Property Owners Association of New Jersey and actively participates in fundraising efforts for the Alzheimer’s Association. Additionally, Ms. Gralla has a long history in commercial real estate working with her mother, a long-term employee and Kislak’s highest producer for the last several years.
