Julie is always talking about real estate. It’s a topic of interest to everyone whether you're thinking of selling your home, buying a home, or just curious about what’s happening in your neighborhood. There is always a reason to talk about real estate and she loves it.
Her real estate career started in January 2004, and she currently holds her license with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. They have a team philosophy which has put them on the leading edge of the industry. This business never stays the same and it’s good to work with a team that pulls together, shares ideas and keeps them updated on the technology to do their job well.
The pendulum continues to swing in their marketplace creating many challenges. It takes thinking outside the box and a creative approach to getting buyers and sellers into a win/win situation.

Julie endorses a higher level of education having obtained her GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation which equips her with the tools to perform and the confidence to succeed in today’s competitive market while representing buyers and sellers with their real estate goals. GRI is the highest designation a realtor can accomplish. Additionally, she keeps this updated by attending GRI grad class which is an additional 16 hours of training. This is key in keeping up with the changing real estate industry and has given me the confidence to do her job well. Her hard work and dedication is recognized yearly as a top producer in her company.
