Julie Erickson has called Alaska Home since 1982. Julie obtained her Real Estate License in 2001 after an 18-year career in Consumer Sales. Julie applies her sales and marketing background to Real Estate daily by providing in-depth sales analysis to buyers and sellers to make informed pricing decisions. She represents buyers and sellers in all price ranges selling condominiums, single-family homes, and multi-family units, and has experience working Commercial transactions.
Julie is a Relocation expert and works closely with relocation directors with BP, Schlumberger, Chevron, Shell, Exxon, and Conoco Phillips. Julie and her team are consistent top producers delivering exemplary customer service at REMAX Dynamic Properties. They have built their business steadily over the years and attribute much of their success to satisfied customers and their referrals.
Julie is the Residential Real Estate Council Alaska State President. She obtained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation and the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) Designation to set herself apart from other licensees.
