Julie is responsible for TMC’s commercial property management operations. She has over 25 years of experience in property management, asset management and acquisitions/dispositions of a variety of commercial property types with outstanding companies such as South Bay Development, Aetna Realty Investors, and The Koll Company. Julie holds a BS in Finance/Real Estate from University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Santa Clara University. Julie also holds a California real estate license.
