I welcome Realtors and clients world wide to call on me for expert service in the Bellingham and surrounding Whatcom and Skagit County areas. I have 20 + years experience with handling a wide range of property sales, from single family homes to farms, condos and conservation properties. I'm always happy to transact land and small commercial sales and 1031 exchange business as well as residential sales. I welcome clients doing business in all price ranges. I'm a Certified Residential Specialist, CRS, a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, MCNE; and a long time Accredited Buyer's Representative, ABR. I hold the National Association of Realtor's GREEN designation. I welcome elders and their families and estate-related business. I'm a graduate of the Senior Real Estate Specialist, SRES, course and am happy to provide the additional support necessary for out of area principals.
