Julie A. Bauch, CEO of Bauch Enterprises, has over 30 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, specializing in the leasing and sale of commercial venues. She has developed a select clientele and provides service to every aspect of their needs, including landlord representation, tenant representation, market studies, property and asset management services.
Julie excels at bringing key stakeholders together to facilitate change and deliver results. She acquired a broad base of knowledge in the real estate industry during her tenure with CBRE as Associate Director of Property Management. Julie managed a team of 19 professionals and a portfolio of 12.4 million square feet of retail, office and industrial properties. Previously, Julie held a position of Assistant Vice President of New Business Development at United Properties. While there, she represented institutional clients including Aetna, Travelers, MassMutual, Principal, and Invesco, as well as local companies like Architectural Antiques, Lowertown Bike Shop, Hirschfield's, Project Pathfinder, Peerless Land Company, and Swervo Development Corporation.
Julie thrives in a team environment and is able to motivate and inspire others to adopt and pursue a common goal. Her leasing and management portfolio includes Hoyt Properties, Inc. portfolio of office industrial buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet; NAI Legacy’s portfolio consisting of office, retail & industrial properties totaling 300,000 square feet and recently became the Asset Manager and Owner’s Representative for the historic Keg & Case market in the iconic Schmidt Brewery complex located on West 7th Street in St. Paul.
Julie has been involved with a number of organizations. She was a board member on the St. Paul Mayor’s Business Review Council, Former Board Chair of the St. Paul BOMA; Co-Chair of the St. Paul BOMA Marketing Committee; Co-Chair of the St. Paul Downtown Alliance; the Gala Committee and Broker Committee. She was also a board member of the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee and a member of the Future of Fourth Street Committee. Julie is frequently sought out to speak at different real estate venues. She teaches a ethics course for MNCAR that is a mandatory requirement for real estate licensees and has been a presenter of the St. Paul BOMA annual report for the past few years.
