Calibrate’s President, Julia Peckham is a proven multifamily management professional. Julia previously acted as Vice President of Abode Property Management, and specialized in the management of both lease-up and stabilized properties in the Seattle market. Under the Abode brand, Julia managed several Class A multifamily properties totaling approximately 900 units and 29,000 square feet of commercial space and over 25 full time property employees.
Julia Peckham has over 17 years of fee and owner operated experience with demonstrated accomplishments in all facets of residential property management. She has extensive experience in pre-development, development, lease-up and renovation activities, as well as the quality track record in stabilized operations. She has been directly involved in the new lease-up of communities and has held asset management responsibilities during the sale of properties. Prior to her work at Abode, Julia began her career in the property management business with Pinnacle Realty Management group based in Seattle.
