Since mid-2015 Julia Evinger has assisted clients in the creation and preservation of wealth through real estate ownership. Julia represents private and institutional investors across the United States with the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. She quickly built a business across the Midwest specializing in net leased single and multi-tenant Industrial, as well as Office, Medical Office, and select Retail assets.
