Bio
Julia started her commercial real estate career with Fidelis in 2017 on the retail leasing and development team. As a Leasing Representative, she is tasked with marketing and leasing over 5 million square feet of real estate assets in Texas including the Greater Houston MSA, Odessa, and Austin, as well as South Dakota, Nebraska, and Illinois. Prior to joining Fidelis, Julia worked as a recruiter helping Houston’s largest oil and gas companies build their financing and accounting teams.
In 2011, Julia graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Sciences, with an emphasis on Tourism Resources Management. She is a member of ICSC and a volunteer on the Breeders Greeters Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Julia is a native Houstonian and, in her free time, she enjoys skiing, hunting, traveling, and being in the water.
